Submissions containing abusive language, unsubstantiated slander, or malicious spam will be moderated and excluded from publication.

We do not edit or manipulate customer star ratings. Both positive commendations and constructive critiques are treated with equal respect.

4 Grievance Resolution Commitment

Critical reviews trigger immediate personal follow-up from our proprietor Gautam Kumar to ensure full customer satisfaction within 24 hours.

Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with review.gcscit.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
